After you have completed your onboarding at FOX, you will work for the client to support them with various recruitment issues. At FOX, it's not just about your skills – we also value the person behind the resume. As a Recruiter you are specialized in recruitment processes, recruitment techniques and case analysis. It is important that you can understand people well so that you can communicate effectively with both candidates and clients/stakeholders. You know what your priorities are and can coordinate these recruitment activities. Who are you? You are a Recruiter who is organization sensitive. From your initiative-rich attitude you radiate energy and you know how to enjoy yourself after achieving a good result. You think in terms of solutions and strive to achieve goals. You are familiar with the right candidates for the client and find it important to think along with them.
